Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is currently looking for a Sales Manager to look after franchise agreements in Qatar, and will be primarily managing the following responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Make efforts to keep knowledge on up to date market trends and rates to ensure competitive position of the company in the market
- Develop strategic business and sales plans for all prospects in the area covered.
- Maintain a highly visible presence and relationships with senior executives in all accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
- Structure and draft proposals, including written materials, pricing and presentations
- Monitor and report on industry developments and competitor activity in the territory to identify further commercial opportunities
- Play an active role in the development of current and future growth strategy for all existing products as well as new products in the pipeline

Requirements

To be considered, you should be a degree holder with minimum 4 years of experience in the similar role in FMCG, with proven track record of outstanding sales achievements. Candidate must be willing to travel across Qatar and Bahrain, when and if required.
