Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for one of our newly established subsidiaries in the domain of Real Estate. He will be responsible to ensure the Company’s presence in the Real Estate market in Doha. He will lead and manage the sales and leasing to ensure achievement of business goals and targets, through providing outstanding customer service and ensuring efficient operations. Sales Manager’s main aim is to drive the business revenue growth, through identification and implementation of new business opportunities and superior customer retention strategies.
- Achieve management’s set sales targets;
- Ensure all property sales and leasing fees and additional charges are billed and collected in timely fashion;
- Prepare and submit reports on general business progress and developments to the management;
- Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve relationships with clients;
- Ensure property sales and leasing services are advertised to all relevant clients, using multiple channels;
- Stay up to date with local Real Estate market trends;
- Develop new business and generate new revenue streams;
- Manage staff responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Relevant Experience of at least 10 years as a Sales Manager in Qatar is a must;
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree;
- Qatar Driving License;
- Honesty and integrity as core values;
- Knowledge of local Real Estate market;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to perform array of analysis;
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships;
-Must be up to speed with local news related to the Real Estate business and market.
