Sales Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager at one of the leading sports brands in Qatar. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sports and have a knack for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect products and ensuring that their shopping experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right sports gear and apparel.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring the sales floor is stocked and presented to the highest standards.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Participate in in-store promotions and events to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

- At least 5 years of experience in retail sales and experience of managing a team, preferably in the sports or lifestyle industry.
- Strong passion for sports and fitness, with an understanding of sports products and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Proactive, approachable, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
