- Minimum 5-7 years of experience within a managerial level in Sanitary Ware/Building Materials fields.
- Must have bachelor's degree in engineering / Project Management/Business Administration
- Sales growth through balanced selling channels in the country.
- Development of distribution networks.
- Accountability to achieve sales, profit and collection targets.
- Flexibility towards selling matrix engagement and embracement of team spirit.
- Continuous proactivity in commercial operations.
