Sales Manager up to 8k Qar++ for a 5 Star Hotel in Qatar
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
• POSITION: Sales Manager
• SALARY: up to 8,000 QAR depending on qualifications and experience plus one-bedroom apartment and transportation allowance and other benefits
• HIRING COMPANY: 5-star hotel
• LOCATION: Doha, Qatar
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized or 1 month-maximum
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality who can speak fluent Arabic
• Male/Female, 30 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel brand
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Must be young and energetic individual who is ready to work late hours
• Great team spirit, strong guest relations builder and hands-on
