Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the most well-known multinational lighting manufacturers in the world to assist in hiring two Sales & Marketing Managers for locations in Doha and Riyadh. Offices in Doha and Riyadh are already well established offices and this role is fundamentally responsible for improving turnover as well as ensuring the best possible client management across existing and new projects.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the brand and products across Qatar and Saudi Arabia within the A&D community as well as end users with the main aim of improving turnover and achieving an agreed annual target. You will oversee the office as well as ensure all budgets and reporting is handled in a timely manner. Monthly travel to other GCC countries may be required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a network of connections with the architecture and design community in Qatar. You do not necessarily need to come from the lighting industry, but it is essential you come from the Interior Design, workplace furniture or related industry. You should be a high energy, motivated individual who thrives from overachieving, is confident, well presented and has an eye for detail. Additional language skills such as Arabic or a European language would be a distinct advantage, however exceptional verbal and written skills in English are a must.
