Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

POSITION OBJECTIVES
To lead the Sales Team in developing key market contacts to ensure delivery of quality customer prospects in order to achieve the company’s sales and revenue targets and ensures successful execution of various turnkey projects including installation and after sales service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify prospective clients/customers and keeps abreast of competitors’ sales strategies
• Analyze the clients objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes in order to provide relevant product delivery and develop relevant project scope, schedules and budget in accordance with clients’ requirements
• Responsible for tenders and development of cost estimates
• Generate, update, manage and report all project costs, including budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans
• Meet sales targets monthly and annually
• Attend trade exhibitions and user group meetings
• Produce monthly sales and productivity reports
• Direct and manage project execution, including activation and controlling internal and external project resources in accordance with the company’s policies, systems and procedures
• Endorse quotes/pricing from potential sub-contractors
• Ensure the successful project completion, including final invoices, handovers and documentation
• Handle customer problems, complaints and questions in person or by telephone
• Mentor new members of the sales team
• Perform other related duties as requested by management

Requirements

Skills and Experience
• Proven track record in sales target achievement and solutions sales in the medium to large business markets
• Execution of all projects on time, within cost and to the customer satisfaction which will be measured in terms of growth in business of existing customers and in terms of acquisition of business of new customers
• Accurate and timely reporting of activities and statistics
• Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, both Arabic and English preferred
• Excellent time management skills, ability t o prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient computer skills
• Work well in a team and independently
• Keen intelligence and negotiation skills

Knowledge
• Minimum 8 years sales experience
• Good understanding of the sales process and steps to closing successful deals

Education background
• University Graduate preferably in Business Commerce, Engineering or Sales/Marketing related courses
