Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager

The Role



The job holder will be responsible basically for the following:

1-preparing ,developing &executing the business plan and strategies after studying the market to achieve the sales target and enhancing the company”s corporate image

2-Maintaining the existing portfolio of clients and developing a wider customer base (especially fleet customers)

3-Collecting, studying & analyzing market intelligence

4-Creating, executing new practical successful ideas for sales promotion according to studying bracket target customers &evaluating ads &campaigns

5-Leading marketing &sales team work

6- Negotiating with mother companies to indicate the annual order & sales target in addition of all other required reports or communications with that companies

7- The incumbent will also be required to ensure that company maintains brand leadership in the market place & increase the market share of the company in Qatar market etc….


Key Requirements :

The ideal candidate should have :


- BA degree in Business is a must (specialization Marketing or M.B.A is preferable)
- Fluent in English (Arabic also is must)
- Very good command of Computer literacy (is must)
- Experience at same position in this field not less than 5 years

Technical skills:
1-Excellent marketing and selling skills

2-Excellent understanding of strategic business planning ,marketing functions(i.e. promotions,surveying ,pricing …) and sales development

3- A sharp view of business environment

4-High skills in setting systems,policies and procedures for marketing and sales functions

5-Attended relevant managerial ,marketing,sales & business development courses (preferable)

6- A proven record in managing a professional marketing and sales force

Management Skills

1-Ability of monitoring a multitude of activities

2-Sharp planning and coordinating skills

3-Good trouble shooting & problems solving skills,ensuring correct procedures are set and that all staff are trained in complaint handling

4-Strong leadership skills (capable of selecting, motivating, directing individuals directly or indirectly reporting to him) to improve the marketing and sales department performance

5-Excellent time management skills

Personal Attributes:

1-A mature and presentable appearance

2-Reasonable aggressiveness to enforce the implementation of the new marketing strategies and the achievment of sales target.

3-Strong communication skills (presentations, business writing, leading meetings)

4- Good negotiation skills to finalize deals with mother companies& clients

5-Creativity,self- motivation and professionalism

6-Excellent interpersonal skills with high ability to communicate effectively at all levels

7-An outgoing personality with an ability to network and build contacts

8-Having the ability to analyze personal spokesman him and understand his desires and persuade customer to the product offered to those desires
