Job description / Role
My client is a leading Real Estate Company dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable projects of the highest quality in partnership with local communities. They are currently working on $2 billion residential and commercial development in Qatar. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop an integrated Marketing Strategy to align with the long-term business objectives of their Client.
The successful candidate will be establishing a Sales and Marketing department and managing it while developing and implementing an integrated marketing and sales strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing with at least 10 years’ experience in Brand Management of a Real Estate Development Company. You must have a strong background in brand development and creating digital marketing strategies for Real Estate Companies. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of Real Estate marketing and sales from a Developer perspective rather than Agency. You must be an Arabic speaker with commercial, analytical and strategic capability being your core strengths.
