Sales Representative

Job description / Role

• To sell the products and always aim to achieve the target.
• Always be ready for any changes and be aware and updated about the selling prices as per your Line Manager instruction and implemented by the Management.
• Must be up to date with products and competitors.
• You need to be aware and always know your competitors by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Always share and recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Assist in other departments during emergencies or as deemed necessary by the General Manager.
• Be willing to work flexible hours when needed & has the commitment to finish the job on time.
• Be courteous in meeting and greeting the customers.
• Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time.
• Help to resolve customers’ complaints if necessary but if it is uncontrollable always seek your Manager assistance.
• To suggest and help the customer in regards with their queries by sketching and showing some sample designs that the company already have.
• Make sure that you come on your specific duty timings.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing

Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years and more

Specialist knowledge:
• Communication skills.
• Customer service.
• Sell effectively to reach the target.
• Researching customers.
• Presenting solutions.
• Creating ideas.

Language Fluency: English, Arabic
