Job description / Role
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
• To engage the customers by ensuring they are made to feel genuinely ‘Welcome and Comfortable’ when they enter the store.
• To Ensure that the brand is represented at the required standards, with up-to-date product knowledge and stock loss risks are minimized.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Provides outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly greeting, use appropriate body language and apply active listening skills to ensure you are meeting the service expectations of the customer
• Presents and displays merchandise in a manner that is easy for our customers to shop
• Learns and practices the standards associated with our systems and processes to achieve operational effectiveness use of cash registers or POS, etc.
• Prepares and participates in Stock Inventory
• Works in a safe manner according to health & safety policies and procedures at all time
• Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures and codes
• Performs other tasks assigned, as related to the job title
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• College level or graduate of High School or any Diploma Courses
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in retail sales, preferably cosmetics/skin care
• High level of merchandising ability and skill
• Good level of Product Knowledge
• Effective English communication skills
• Strong Customer service skills
• Selling Skills
• Experience in Resolving Customer Issues
• PC / IT Skills
