Job description / Role
Title : Sales Representative
• Type of Work : Visiting the tourists at their hotels and selling tours to them
• Starting Date : 1st October 2020
• Monthly Basic Salary : USD 1000
• Free Furnished Accommodation : 02 Bedroom Sharing Apartment, based on 02 staff in every twin Bedroom
• Transportation Allowance : USD 300 to cover (office attendance - hotels visits)
• Tours Sales Commission : 5% from the tours selling rates
• Weekly Day-off : Friday
• Weekly Working Days : 06 Days (Saturday – Thursday)
• Daily Working Hours : 09:00 – 17:00 with short lunch break in the middle
• Weekly Working Hours : 48 Hours
• Resident Permit Fees : Will be paid by Gulf Adventures
• Period of Work : Every year October – May (08 month)
• Period of Annual Vacation : Every year June – September (04 month)
• Annual Vacation : 21 paid Days, and rest of vacation period is unpaid
• Annual Vacation Ticket : 01 Economy class return air ticket (Doha – Country Capital – Doha)
• Short Period Leaves : Will not be approved during the season (October – May)
• Emergency Leaves : Can be approved based on convincing reasons supported by evidence
• Health Treatment : Government free health services Card
• Preparation Period : 06 Month (Evaluation will be Based on Sales Production & Personal Behavior)
• Type of Contract : Open Date
Salary:
USD
1,300 to 2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Proven work experience in sales
• Excellent knowledge of computers
• Fluency in English, Russian, German or Spanish; multilingualism is a must
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field preferable
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
