Job description / Role
We are offering a position of Salon Manager (Female) for the new luxury salon we will open soon in Doha (February 2017).
You have strong management skills and previous experiences in the management of a salon/shop and hairdresser industries, at least 3 years.
Requirements
You should have mentoring abilities to motivate and inspire the team to its full potential.
We are looking for a driven, ambitious and sales orientated salon manager who leads the salon from the front and has a hands-on approach to running a business. You have to ensure that the salon is running efficiently, the client leaves satisfied, and the business is operating at profit. You have also to ensure that all equipment is operating safely and optimally, and that the hair salon appearance is one that creates an inviting, relaxing environment for customers.
You speak English and Arabic would be a plus.
