Description
This role provides support to the salon in general ensuring the salon is prepared for business and maintaining cleanliness levels throughout the day. Assistance with stock and laundry. Greeting clients and, ensuring excellent standards of customer service.
Requirements
Requirements
- High school.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in working in a busy environment preferred.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering customer excellence
- Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be flexible and prepared to work evenings weekends and Bank Holidays
- Must adhere to salon standards of exceptional personal grooming, representing the Urban Retreat brand to the highest of standards
- Enjoy working in highly competitive, fast-paced environment
- A passion for the hair and beauty industry
- Conversant in languages other than English
