Bilingual Secondment Coordinator (HR)- Oil and Gas - Qatar
Our client is a large Oil and Gas company seeking a Secondment Coordinator to join their Manpower Planning team in Qatar.
The Secondment Coordinator will be required to support the company's secondment processes by reviewing and coordinating various agreements such as joint ventures, technical services and secondment agreements in order to ensure that secondment strategies, objectives and guidelines are fully met.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree
* 10+ years experience within manpower planning, succession planning and secondment coordinator required.
* Only bilingual candidates will be considered - both Arabic and English Language Skills required.
* Experience in handling contracts and negotiations is also required.
