Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Secretary.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Arabic language at a high level
• Proficiency in using basic computer programs professionally (Word, Power Point and Excel)
• Skill in preparing and coordinating official books (in Arabic - English)
• Receive correspondence, received on direct delivery and give the serial number and date from the reality of registration in the correspondence records.
• Arranging the secretariat archive and its full responsibility and for all documents, files and documents of the institution’s assets delivered to it.
• Writing the minutes of the meeting and preparing them properly, whether in English or Arabic.
