Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• The successful candidate is expected to provide administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
• Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
• Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
• Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
• Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
• Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
• Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
• Observing the best business practices and etiquette.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Should be able to speak Arabic- English
• Locally available (inside Qatar)
• Must be punctual and have excellent attention to details.
• Must be self reliant nd able to work with limited supervision
• Must be able to form effective working relationships with fellow team members
• Must be systematic and able to cope with high volume repetitive task whilst maintaining accuracy
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight timescales
