Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational client who is looking to hire a well presented and professional Arabic Speaking Secretary to support this senior executive.
You will be responsible for diary management, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, typing and editing documents in Arabic and English, reviewing and handling confidential documents and attending meetings/taking meeting minutes as and when required. Additionally you daily liaise with clients and suppliers and assist this senior executive with general administrative and secretary support to ensure the company meets its goals and objectives.
The successful candidate should have a solid secretarial background with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role and possess a high calibre of secretarial skills. It is essential you are flexible, team focused, happy and willing to assist in all necessary tasks and additionally you should have exceptional communication and organisation skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is a perquisite.
