Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Performing routine clerical tasks in support of the business process with extensive usage of telephones, mail, and e-mail to ensure appropriate flow of communication.
- Operates office machines such as photocopy, documents’ scanner, fax, desktop, printer and various components used to manage the day-to-day work flow.
- Organizes travel arrangements as per procedure.
- Reads and analyses incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their priority and plan their distribution.
- Compiles and distributes incoming correspondences, including faxes and email, file and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Maintains records for the section/department, in hard-soft format for easy access.
- Coordinates with concerned parties to ensure the availability of stationary and office equipment and to assure cleanliness of the section/ department.
- Handles other administrative duties assigned.

Requirements

- Secondary School certificate recently graduated.
- 3 years of experience in a related job
- Good Computer Skills
- Good English Language Skills
- Preferably with experience in Engineering companies
