Section Head – HVAC Aftermarket

My client is one of the leading suppliers of HVACR systems in Qatar. Its range of products includes Chillers, Air Handling Units, Heat/Energy Recovery systems, Fan Coil Units, VRF systems, Packaged Units, Central Ducted Split systems, Swimming pool units, Mini and ducted Split Units, Window ACs, Central/Domestic/Car Park Ventilation systems, Copper Tubes, Fittings, & accessories (Air conditioning and refrigeration) , Field devices, valves & controls, Humidifiers and Dehumidification systems, Chilled water pumps, Air outlets and Air Disinfection by Ultra Violet (UV) technology. They are currently seeking a Section Head to lead the HVAC Aftermarket services.

Requirements

The successful candidate will manage, supervise and develop HVAC Aftermarket segment in efficient and professional manner. You will be responsible for driving business growth and P&L sheet as well as appraise new ideas and work with General Management of the department to design strategies and roadmaps. You will seek to develop long term customer relationships, while overseeing customer service activities with service coordinators/supervisors and developing processes that create an excellent customer service experiecne. You must create and implement changes to increase AMCs, service and repairs revenues and spare parts sales while managing cost and profitability. Identify opportuntiies, develop current business and introduce new products to ensure business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and have 10 years experiment in aftermarket business (spare rents, repairs, amcs and retrofits of air conditioning equipment) in one of the following brands: YORK/Johnson Controls Industries (JCI), Carrier, Daiken and Trane.
