Security Command Centre Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Ensure Lusail Development Project has an enhanced Security capability
- Will be required to investigate and write reports, identify security guards' problems, and correct them
- The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: supervision, management, physical security, and security-related personnel, escort duties, traffic, parking control, law and order duties, as well as security and fire safety surveillance
- Coordinate all emergency/crisis management assets, providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise
- Emergency procedures implementation/coordination
- Manage and coordinate security operations, ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the Country Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Daily operations reporting
- Accident/Incident Investigation.
- Develop a working relationship with personnel and a comprehensive working knowledge of our client's Security system
- Participate in all security/police training exercises
- Assist in the design and implementation of project-related security strategies, security policies/standards, and establish a The concrete course of action for their implementation and review.
- Ask and guide regional security teams and personnel to conduct security assessments and threat analysis as required, and where necessary, provide Feedback on proposed mitigation strategies for country and region-specific threats
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in security operations and information management in a police or military organization environment
- Ability to address small and large groups of people.
- Effectively implement all appropriate risk management strategies related to the safety and security, and the protection of assets in the mission.
- Manage, implement, and oversight of all security operations in support of staff and activities.
- Excellent skills in information collection and analysis procedures to recognize potential threats and dangers
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken
- Communication - Ability to provide instructions clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, A high sense of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information
- Client Orientation - Professional attitude and the ability to build successful working relationships with contacts outside of the project Security Section. Demonstrate an integrated approach and attitude through normal work activities and a thorough understanding of our client in the country of operation
