Job description / Role
- Support the unit coordinate security investigation functions of the building and office sites
- Maintain good working relationships with relevant external security vendors, agencies, contractors, and appropriate organizations
- Support the security of office sites and office facilities i.e. employee parking, vehicle registration for employee and visitors
- Actively participate in security programme to assess security risk in building and office sites, coordinate with departments as needed. Contribute to its development and implementation of plans, processes and procedures to prevent, mitigate, respond and recover
- Liaise with End User Security staff and Governmental or Law Enforcement agencies on all mutual related Security aspects
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping for relevant data and information
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of Security Procedures and Assignment Instructions to ensure that they remain in line with current and prevailing security risks
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HSSE or relevant discipline from accredited institution
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in security related roles
- Good understanding of security regulations in Qatar is an advantage
- Experience in security initiatives
- Understanding of safety, security, and quality compliance
- Team leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
