Employment: Full Time

Your job is to work with as Vodafone, one of world’s biggest brands and do deliver am impeccable experience to this demanding and high value customer segment.

You will need to understand Qataris better than anyone and lead initiatives across the business. It will be your job to turn clear insights into a plan that works to establish Vodafone as a provider of choice for these customers.

You will work with global Vodafone teams to share and learn from best practices across the world.

Responsibilities include for growing market share, NPS, brand consideration and commercial KPI’s.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Understand the market, competitors and segment opportunities
• Identify customer and commercial opportunities through rich insights
• Define simple and differentiating segment branded claims and propose activities, propositions and customer experience developments to substantiate these
• Work cross functionally to deliver the roadmap initiatives for the Qatari Market segment in Qatar.
• Understand the complete customer experience and design improvements and cohesion across all customer touch points.
• Drive improvement in commercial performance by capitalising on emerging opportunities, closing gaps and understanding impacts of competitive activity and responding in the best way possible.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and an open dialogue with Group counterparts to leverage and share best practice.

Key performance indicators:
• Quarterly revenue market share
• Qatari revenue, contribution margin, customers and NPS results
• Customer experience touchpoint results

Requirements

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Marketing and commercial skills
• Analytical skills
• Communication and presentation ability
• Manage stakeholders
• Change agent, able to challenge the status quo

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University Degree qualification
• 8+ years’ experience in marketing or telecommunications industry or FMCG
• P&L ownership experience

Budget owned:
• Delivery of the Qatari P&L (circa QAR 160 million / year)
