Job description / Role
As Senior 3D Designer, your primary function is to develop enticing 3D renders that effectively communicate the vision and ambiance of your assigned project. You will lead studio members to execute your vision, and you will ensure that vision is successfully packaged, aiming to exceed client’s expectations.
• Work on the 3D development of assigned projects and deliver a high quality renders.
• Deliver renders that translate the desired atmosphere you have in mind and give your audience a feeling, an emotion.
• Work closely with Account Leads to ensure you are briefed correctly and have all the tools you need to successfully execute an assigned project.
• Working closely with the Production Leads to ensure your design ideas are feasible on time and on budget.
• Regularly update the Account Manager and Studio Manager on the status of each project.
• Lead your assigned studio teammates and ensure your creative vision is successfully executed.
• Work on creating a catalog that categorize all the 3D assets the studio creates over the years: venues, stages, podiums, trees, people, etc. This catalog should be easily searchable and accessible by all studio members.

• Your ability to get along with your peers, and effectively lead your teams and projects to completion.
Requirements
The candidate must hold relevant education in designing and at least five years experience in a multinational or local agency as Senior 3D designer.Should have reviewed 3D designs and provided recommendations.
