Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- Design review of all design stages and specifications performance of the Design and Build contract
- Monitoring progress of works to ensure timely execution of work in accordance with the project schedule and in coordination with the work of other trades and disciplines.
- Direction and supervision of contractors & subcontractors to ensure the workmanship of construction compliance with design specifications & details.
- Review of material submittals comprising technical literature, samples, and mock-ups as appropriate for compliance with design specifications and details within the prescribed project timeframe.
- Coordinate and check drawings for coherence and update changes as required.
- Review of the materials, system and equipment's proposed by the Contractor.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree in Architecture.
- Must have Middle East/GCC project experience mainly in Airport Project.
- Extensive experience in daily Construction Supervision, Control, and Recording / Reporting
- Must be experienced in working with the Consultancy side of construction
- Verification of closeout documents such as but not limited to, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, training etc.
