Our Deals practice helps clients navigate complex transactions, from strategy through execution. We provide insights and solutions that enable organizations to create value, manage risks, and achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic market environment.

Business unit overview

The Transaction Services team specialises in financial due diligence, supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. We deliver rigorous analysis and actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions and maximize deal value.

How you’ll contribute

  • Perform detailed financial analysis on historical and forecast performance, working capital, and cash flows
  • Support the identification of key deal issues, risks, and value drivers
  • Prepare sections of high-quality reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Manage day-to-day engagement tasks and ensure timely delivery of work streams
  • Build strong client relationships and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
  • Contribute to business development activities through research and proposal support
  • Coach junior team members and share technical knowledge
  • Drive quality and efficiency in engagement delivery
  • Uphold PwC’s values and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or related advisory roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. This means working away from your base office location on a regular basis, with frequent overnight stays. Preferences will be considered to balance career development, personal needs, business, and client requirements
