Job description / Role
The client, a reputable group of companies in Qatar, is looking for a Senior Attorney to join their growing team.
As a Senior Attorney, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of corporate law responsibilities including but not limited to reviewing and providing corporate law advice to the Chairman, MD, ensuring that the company is compliant under Qatari law at all times.
Requirements
To qualify for the role, ideal candidate must hold a degree in Law and with at least 5 years of working experience in the same role. You must be knowledgeable of commercial, foreign capital investment, anti-trust and labour law including immigration rules and regulations and practical application thereof. Preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates.
