We are now seeking an exceptional BIM Technician - MEP to join our award winning team based within our Design Division, Qatar.
Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
• Build BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.
• Create content for KEO BIM libraries and document BIM models.
• Execute amendments to prepared models taking into account any changes/modifications on initial design.
• Manage the different versions and formats of the models and ensure they are controlled in a sequential reference environment.
• Maintain log of models of all relevant design projects as per QMS and/or project requirements.
• Liaise with Project Engineer with regard to information required, project progress, and any potential delays.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we envision you will bring 3 - 10 years experience with minimum 5 years of practical Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Naviswork experience and advanced knowledge of BIM software. It is also expected that you will possess a relevant Diploma in BIM Design and / or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
