Job description / Role
Lead and perform overall business process analysis and recommend the improvement opportunities in order to redesign the business process to achieve more efficient results across Finance & Planning Directorate.

Description
• Lead the system enhancements and implementation requirements of SAP/FICO modules under Finance department to improve the business operational effectiveness, efficiency and overall performance of the operation.
• Provide professional & functional support and advices on all Financial Systems and Information Technology related matters.
• Lead the activities related to Business Process Improvement Initiatives and Business process Automation Initiatives related to Finance department.
• Assess the feasibility of those proposals and their impact on the system controls & authorizations and current regulations / policies / procedures.

Requirements
• Degree in Accounting / Finance is required, Post Graduated Degree (MBA) with a recognized professional qualification (ACCA or CPA) is preferred.
• Over 10 Years experience in Financial Systems set-up with adequate exposure to systems controls and development preferably within Oil & Gas Industry and at least five (5) years within major oil company is essential.
• SAP Training or Qualification/Certification with 2/3 implementation experience.
