Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to contribute to our financial growth; this position will be responsible for achieving revenue and Gross Profit objective, develop and execute solid business plans which includes customers, partners, and sales enablement for partners managing complex deals and helping to grow the business across wide portfolio of products.


• Provide management and support for business development
• Leads data analysis, reporting, and business development strategy
• Create strategies and set objectives in order to enhance business expansion
• Plan and execute solutions and strategies to grow services revenue
• Lead business planning process and business review to ensure strategy development and solutions
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building business relationships
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business deals or to amend existing contracts as needed
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects are completed within budget parameters
• Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends and partnerships.



• To ensure success in the position candidates will have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Business administration (MBA) or similar will be treated preferentially.
• Candidates will be expected to have knowledge of action plans and financial growth initiatives.
• Additionally, prior experience in industries such as real estate, construction or luxury sector would be advantageous.

Required experience

• Previous experience in a similar or identical role would be required.

Required Skills

• Candidates should have exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, ability to build relationships with clients and develop long-lasting business parent ships.
• A flexible approach to work and strong strategic thinking are essential.
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills are expected.
