Search is assisting an leading Law firm with their expansion in the GCC and are seeking a senior level corporate lawyer, to be based in their central Doha office.

The firm has been based in the GCC for a number of years and have had some solid exposure to the GCC region. They are seeking a an experienced corporate lawyer, familiar with UAE and Saudi Arabian lawyers to join their growing team in the GCC.

However the candidates focus will be the regional. Prior experience in a must and candidate will be expected to generate work within this market, alongside traveling to the kingdom as a when is necessary.

The salary and package will be determined by the calibre and level of candidate. Suffice to say it will be at an international rate.

Requirements

The firm have an established history in the GCC and are ideally seeking individuals who have at least 8 years experience operating in the Middle East, ideally within an international law firm. However it is a senior post so prior exposure is required.

Candidates will need to be common law admitted. Ideally in a recognised Common law jurisdiction and received training from a leading law firm.

The focus will be corporate law so candidates would be well versed in:
- Corporate M&A's
- Joint Venture agreements
- Commercial agreements
- IPO's
- Foreign investment
