Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading real estate master developer who is looking to hire a Senior Director of Design.
As Senior Director, you will lead all projects from concept design stage through to working drawings. Reporting into the Chief Officer - Design and Delivery, your main performance indicators will be financial, customer, internal processes and capabilities and learning. Key accountabilities will include strategy, leadership and sustainability as well as operating plans & budgets and continuous improvement.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a degree in Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering or in a similar discipline as well as hold professional memberships/certifications. You should also have a minimum of 15 years' experience in design/architecture in a senior management role.
