Job description / Role
Adept Personnel is working with a leading international main contractor in Qatar who are currently delivering a major infrastructure project on the outskirts of the city of Doha. They have an urgent requirement for a Senior Electrical Engineer experienced in the design review, installation and commissioning of street & tunnel lighting and associated electrical works on major highway and tunnel projects.
The project is on schedule and is due to complete at the end of 2016, however, following this they have a number of new projects to start and they forecast the contract to run to 2020. This is a great opportunity to join of of the industries leading construction organisations and work on some of the regions most iconic infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Degree educated within electrical engineering with over 15 years experience within construction.
- Familiar with international standards related to the electrical practices on road and tunnel construction projects and with sufficient knowledge in interpretation and change management.
- Being familiar with Kahramaa Electricity standards and procedure is a distinct advantage as would be relevant experience working with Kahramaa sub stations.
