Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Civil to join our award-winning teams based in Qatar.

This critical role will be responsible for managing engineering activities to ensure that targets are being met and progress being delivered.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Leading multidisciplinary engineering/design teams.
- Building good working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders.
- Providing regular progress reports and elevate issues to the concerned parties.
- Managing the day-to-day operational & contract aspects of projects.
- Providing feedback regarding project progress, deviations, changes and ensuring that the projects are delivered to set standards.
- Reviewing and approving project control system which measure the progress / performance, providing early warning of deviations from plan and identifying corrective actions to be taken.
- Monitoring (after liaising with traffic unit) traffic diversions and ensure it is effective and safe.
- Reviewing deliverables across projects, minimizes exposure and risk.
- Managing scope and achieving goals set for projects, confronts issues quickly.
- Ensuring timely hand-over (delivery) of project.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Chartership and Engineering License are required.
