Senior Instrumentation Engineer

Job description / Role

Overview

Provide technical design and engineering services in instrumentation and control engineering for all assigned engineering projects. Achieve the technical quality of work in accordance with QatarEnergy procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost, and HSE.

Experience

10 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 6 years should be related to the oil and gas industry.

Ability to identify and utilize relevant engineering standards and codes related to instrumentation engineering.

Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within a multiple project environment.

Good communications and presentation skills with fluency in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instrumentation and electrical or electrical and electronics engineering.

Chartered engineer / professional engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
