Senior Asset Manager
My client is a leading real estate developer and investment group that has a significant number of projects in Qatar and a global portfolio of assets. They are currently a Senior Manager of Asset Management to be responsible for local projects, oversee all portfolio of managed assets and maximize the value of their portfolio of managed assets.
The successful candidate will develop the overall portfolio strategy and individual asset plan (strategic and financial analysis, potential acquisition targets, disposals, re-structuring, re-development costs and occupancy levels). Your role will be to design feasibility study templates & tools for asset acquisition/disposal/restructuring and to provide inputs for the organisation’s master plan for new and future developments (e.g. overall financial objectives and desired sale/lease mix), among other duties.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or engineering and have 10-12+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5+ in managing large multi-class real estate portfolio, preferably with presence/exposure to Asia & Africa. You must have in-depth knowledge of the Qatar real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment and have a demonstrated ability in developing and implementing winning asset strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Master Community Management, Facility Management and Owners’ Association Management Services including operating model and key success factors. MBA is preferred.
