Senior Manager Recruitment Delivery - Qatar Airways - Doha

Qatar Airways Recruitment Department currently have an exciting opening for a Senior Manager Recruitment Delivery. As the Senior Manager you will be accountable for leading and developing a large team of managers and recruiters that partner with the business to manage all of its hires, whilst providing recruitment expertise, decision making support, market intelligence and analysis and insight to business leadership teams through a tiered Recruitment Business Partner model.

The role will be responsible for integrating the recruitment activity with workforce planning by building strong working relationships with the business as well as the rest of HR and the Finance function. The role will own and deliver continuous improvement in the quality, timeless and cost of hiring.

Requirements

You should have a Bachelor Degree with a minimum 10 years of recruitment leadership experience. Proven success at developing, mentoring and managing high performing local and remote teams in a global and multinational organization. Able to balance the complexities of driving complex talent acquisition strategies while building, motivating, coaching and developing a large team. Have developed the ability to positively influence at all levels of an organisation up to VP & C level, and to develop valued relationships with Senior Executives, Managers, Candidates and cross functional stakeholders.

Politically savvy, flexible and with a strong drive to achieve desired outcomes in an environment of constant change, competing priorities and objectives.

Highly analytical and fluent in the development and use of metrics and procedures. LEAN Sigma or other project methodology qualified and/or practiced within a talent acquisition structure would be advantageous.

You will set and achieve challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field and build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same.
