Job description / Role
Roles & responsibilities
• Manage & oversee FM contractor in charge of engineering & maintenance
• Accountable for maintaining asset integrity
• Read & interpret blueprints, technical drawings,
• Implement maintenance & safety procedure
• Coordinate with government bodies
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in similar role
• Bachelors degree in engineering (MMUP/ UPDA certified)
• Awareness of GCC/ Qatar real estate market dynamics
• Excellent technical capabilities
• Sound understanding of Master community management, facility management, property management, asset management
