Charterhouse is working with a well-known corporate identity in Qatar who is looking to hire a Male Executive Office Manager to support their high profile Qatari CEO. This is a newly formed, key role where they are seeking a highly professional individual who has solid authoritative management skills and who liaises with the senior internal and external stakeholders.

You will play an important role supporting this key figurehead in his corporate office and throughout the organisation. Responsibilities include managing all internal/external correspondence and meetings on behalf of the CEO, emailing management, handling translation and supporting him during his internal and external meetings. You will also be responsible for attending and taking confidential and senior level meeting minutes, liaising directly with senior management on a day-to-day basis and assisting with the daily operations. In addition, you will welcome and escort VVIP's and senior dignitaries, assist in the preparation of highly confidential correspondence, maintain close relationships with other Senior Executives and be his overall support base.

Requirements

This is an exceptional and extraordinary role, therefore the successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 seven years experience at CEO/Board/Chairman level dealing with VVIP's and senior dignitaries. You should be an intelligent, well-organised, self-motivated individual who has solid operational and office managerial experience supporting a VIP/Chairman as well as experience managing budgets and working with ministry principles on the company's behalf. You should have the ability to work autonomously whilst adhering to self-imposed deadlines as well as possess strong IT and presentation skills together with excellent written and verbal English and Arabic skills. In addition, you should already reside in Qatar and have the ability to get things done to be able to meet the demands of such a high profile Qatari.
