Please note that due to visa restriction this position is open to Filipino nationals only. Ideally you will already be based in Qatar with an NOC.
My client is a Doha based Interior Designing and Fit-out company providing out-of-the-box solutions. They are committed to provide best in class Quality Services in Design, Engineering, Construction of Turnkey Interior Fit-Out works and Trading of Fit-Out Related Materials.
Requirements
Please note that due to visa restriction this position is open to Filipino nationals only. Ideally you will already be based in Qatar with an NOC.
Project Scheduling, Monitoring, Controlling, Budgeting and Earned Value Management. Will be responsible for project planning, agreeing and reviewing the strategy with Project Managers, looking at alternative methods and carrying out risk assessments. Site based planning roles and has a strong understanding of the construction process. Working Knowledge In Primavera and Risk Analysis Will Be Added Advantage. Prior experience in Tender Planning and technical writing. Manpower and equipment requirements for tender plan. Must Have Served the Position of a Lead Planner or Senior Planning Engineer.
