Senior Planner (Civil Engineering) - Qatar
Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a Senior Planner from a consultancy background to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising a team of planners
• Preparing and maintaining the project work break down structure and integrated project master schedule
• Coordinating with Package Managers, Consultants, and Contractors
• Analysing and reporting on Consultants’ and Contractors’ schedules and progress reports
• Performing critical path analysis of schedules
• Preparing independent risk analyses of Consultant & Contractor schedules
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports
Requirements
PROFILE
• Degree qualification from a recognised University in a technical subject
• 10 years of experience in Planning within the construction industry, preferably in the Middle East
• Excellent knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities
• Experience of using Primavera P6, Pertmaster, and MS Office
• Strong communication skills
