Our newest opportunity is for a Senior Planning Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Qatar.

NOTE - This is a future opportunity and will not complete the hiring phases within a short space of time.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Conducting analysis and review meetings with Project Managers to identify project issues and risks, and agree on corrective measures and recovery plans.
- Computing, analyzing and reporting on the monthly progress and performance of KEO's portfolio of projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of delay analysis and claims.
- Developing the project master schedule, update, monitoring and reviewing contractor construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures
- Planning, costing and scheduling metrics and tools (work breakdown structure), collecting performance data (installed quantities, expended labour hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract labour), tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analyzing and reporting (earned value, productivity and risk analysis).

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 14 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline. The successful candidate will already be holding grade A MME registration.
- Experience in the construction of School buildings is ideal, however the project is within the Buildings division therefore a strong focus on building projects will be looked for.
- Suitable candidates will be highly conversant with BIM tools and technologies.
