Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Establish and manage project baselines and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives. Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, variance, and resource utilization. Lead risk management activities, including preparation of risk registers, mitigation plans, and conducting qualitative and quantitative risk assessments. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for client and management review. Identify potential delays, evaluate their impact, and propose recovery plans. Ensure compliance with Ashghal and WSP project control procedures and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in planning and risk management on major infrastructure or roads projects. Proven experience working on Ashghal or similar government infrastructure projects in Qatar is preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office Suite, and risk management tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk). Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. MMUP certification.
