Job description / Role
Senior role to take a lead role on a mega infrastructure project. The role will suit an experienced director or manager capable of highly complex roads and highways infrastructure projects.
The role will be a senior management but hands on role managing this multi-faceted construction programme. The Project is a mega projects which includes major structures - mega highways and bridges.
With Mega Project Experience on Infrastructure projects, you will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multitasker and have natural time management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative, be degree qualified and be fluent in written and spoken English.
Requirements
- Degree Qualified - 20 years post graduate experience
- Chartered by a recognised professional body
- Extensive Mega Construction Programme experience
- Worked on Projects with a value of higher that $250 Million
- Roads, Highways and Bridge Project Experience
- Experience in Project Management and Construction Management and the delivery of complex projects
- Able to effectively manage and interpret stakeholder information with analysis focused on identifying and mitigating conflicts
- Manage the development and maintenance of a master programme schedule
- Proven team manager - managing senior level staff
- Excellent at managing client relationships
- Strong report writing and presentation skill set
- Must have worked on major Programmes through to completion
- Stable Track Record
