Senior Project Finance Specialist - Oil & Gas
Develop and manage funding programme and financing structures for the assigned and new projects.
Primary representative for any financial meetings (including technical/ financial planning and negotiation) with Sr Representative from major institutions, international advisor/ consultant.

Description
The position is the primary representative of our client in the financing meetings (including technical / financial planning and negotiation meetings) with senior representatives from major institutions, international advisor or consultant.
To develop and manage funding programme and financing structures for the assigned and new project and secure limited/ non recourse long term financing where ever applicable from the international financial market on optimal financial, economic and commercial terms and consistent with corporation and policies within and its subsidiary and JV's huge/ mega projects.

Requirements
- Post Graduate degree (Finance, Accounting)/ MBA or professional qualification (CA, FCCA, CPA, ICMA).
- 12 years post qualification within Project finance Environment, with at least 5 years direct in Project financing at managerial/ specialist level.
- Application should have worked in western/developed market in the relevant field.
- Experience in big corporations or top companies is highly preferred.
