Job description / Role
Senior Project Manager for architectural design projects from concept to IFC. Working in the consultancy field, the role consists of coordination and organizing all design activities within the architectural and engineering teams. Interface with subconsultants, contractors, clients and authorities. Technical, construction and detailing knowledge is a must as well as experience on local and international regulations. Authorities approval submissions coordination and follow up. Coordination with MEP, structural and specialists consultants.
Requirements
Active and positive manager with architectural background and experience in large and complex projects. Target oriented, used to work with a multidisciplinary team and under multi task high pressure schedule.
Woking with CAD, Revit, MS project, and other presentation software, the candidate should have excellent communication skills in order to prepare and perform presentations to clients. Team worker, capable of taking daily decisions and report to higher management about critical issues.
