Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading Real Estate Development Company with projects across the Middle East that are urgently looking hire a Senior Property Manager to be based in Qatar.
Your main responsibilities will be to deliver Property Management through the development process, working within the approved asset business plan. You will be responsible for budgets and P&L plus overall tenant satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience in PM of large mixed-use sites with at least 8 years’ experience within a high level management post. You should also have new site pre-opening experience along with a high level of customer service experience.
