Job description / Role
Guildhall is representing a renowned Main Contractor that has for decades delivered 5* developments to the State of Qatar.
Traditionally constructing Hotels, Residences, Resorts and Commercial Towers they have a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
As Qatar grows and develops, this project is focused toward the burgeoning entertainment and amusement arena in Doha.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have worked on a Theme Park / Amusement Park previously.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements include:
- Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Quantity Surveying but not essential)
- Minimum of 12 years postgraduate experience
- Must have experience on Theme Park / Amusement Park projects
- Candidates that have experience in Qatar is preferred but not essential
