Job description / Role
Job Purpose
Ensure the implementation of the management systems in order to meet business objectives and expectations, using recognized international standards and regulatory requirements as a minimum benchmark.

Work in accordance with Company standard, International Standard, best practice ensuring Quality Management System supports Company directive. Work organization and environment has complexities of a multi-cultural, multi-national, and multi venture environment.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
• Examine ISO internal audits and external certification process to ensure company maintain valid certifications.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities related to HSEQ management systems ensuring organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on HSEQ management systems performance for management review.
• Support projects related to HSEQ management systems or production best practice implementation to meet Company standards.
• Coordinate with the development and assessments reporting HSEQ management systems reviews to enhance Company performance.
Key Job Accountabilities - II
• Coordinate audit exercises, which includes reporting and categorizing findings, determining and evaluating corrective and preventive actions ensuring department compliance and conformance.
• Support the annual HSEQ assessment and ISO audit program and reports to management on audit progress and findings.
• Participate in HSEQ management system review meetings on key topics including continuous improvement initiatives, systems performance, verification progress, findings and status on closeout of improvement actions, supporting Company performance.
• Conduct shutdown quality gate reviews, Permit to Work (PTW) multidiscipline audits and shutdown quality assurance program to ensure flawless shutdown execution.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• 8 years’ experience in Safety Operations within Oil and Gas industry.
• Good knowledge of all operational aspects of the safety environment or quality function.
Technical and Business Skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications).
• Requires analytical skills.
