Job description / Role
A Main Contractor in Qatar with a long and illustrious track record of delivery in iconic hotels, high-rise towers, and large scale mixed-use developments has an immediate requirement for one of their Hotel projects.
Due to continued commitments in country, they have a requirement (that meets the below criteria) for a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor (dependent upon experience).
Candidates must be based in Qatar (due to travel restriction in line with COVID-19) and have a transferable NOC.
Salary:
QAR
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree
- 10 years minimum experience
- Must have post-contract experience
- Project exposure must be orientated around Hotels, High Rise or any other large scale / high-value- buildings project(s) - not infrastructure
